Nestled in a beautifully refreshed former grocery store, where nostalgia embraces appetite, Bistrot Flaubert invites lovers of French gastronomy to savor creative dishes dreamed up by our young chef, Théo Henry.

Originally from the Paris basin, the chef draws inspiration from his roots in Aveyron and his apprenticeship at the Ferrandi Paris school. He also honed his skills at prestigious Parisian institutions such as Le Carré des Feuillants** with chef Alain Dutournier, L’Arôme* with chef Thomas Boullault, and Contraste* with chef duo Kévin de Porre and Erwan Ledru.

At Bistrot Flaubert, cooking is much more than just a meal: it’s a true love affair with local seasonal produce and France’s culinary heritage. Théo Henry invites you on a gustatory journey, where each bite tells the story of our terroirs, and where transparency of ingredients is at the heart of his approach. He works with a network of committed producers and suppliers to create gastronomy that respects the environment and traditions.
